My salary in 2011 has been raised by $20K per annum, from what it was in 2010.
Will this have any consequences on my next H-1B renewal OR if i go for visa stamping OR on the PERM application?
Mine is a small company with just 12 employees and I hold the same position as I used to when i sarted. I just want to know if there would be any issues with this on any stages.

You may as well ask uscis to ask for the remainder of the H1B period provided there is an employer who is willing to process your H1B. Remember, you will have to lose your current I485 processing and start all the way from scratch though you can recapture the priority date with the new GC process.

You have 2 options. Either use your old H1 which is still valid (assuming u still have a valid visa stamp) and enter US (carry a latest offer letter from employer). If you use the old H1, then you will only have 2 more years of H1 time left.
You can file for a fresh H1 visa in Master's quota under consular processing and when its approved, attend the Visa interview, get a new H1 stamp, and re-enter using the fresh stamp. This way, you will get fresh 6 yrs time on H1.

LAst year I got 4 AP documents. This year I got only 2 PA docs.

I don't understand this, we are talking about these backlogs, which are effecting about 300K - 500K skilled immigrants, and we only have about 4000 members yet. We should take this as challenge and go on to drive to speak to people like us to increase the members strength, so we will have significant backing and Senate / House / President will pay attention to what we request.

Someone called from mavni,,,she asked for some info and processed my application. and told me that i will recieve information by mail...
what is after that?
can you tell what is the process to join? what exams or tests we have to go through?

Me and my husband(primary applicant) filed our I 485, I 765, and I 131. Recieved by USCIS on 06/29/2007. our lawyer recently got our reciept nos. my husband got a notice saying FP fee rejected and has been asked to re submit the fee,when, in fact all our checks have already been cashed.all of my notices say case recieved and pending.my question is ,with my husband's case in suspense, will my application be also with held or will USCIS go ahead with my application. I am the dependant spouse in this case. please respond. Thank you.
Isn't husband Important than job or EAD? :) Both of you will be fine. Just get a copy of bank statement with cashed checks from your bank, talk to USCIS customer care and send it to them if required as proof of payment.

We want to get her H1B transferred back to H4. There are NO pay stubs for her.
I am on H1B with job. And I have my pay stubs.

There is one way to find out if CIR is any good for EB - by looking at the bill when it is proposed bill and amendments. It will be suicidal to assume that CIR is somehow bad for us, and incriminate any effort for CIR. My point earlier was not that CIR is bad for EB, but about the actual reason for Sen. Reid's recent comments, just to set the expectations straight.
