the small false looks too small and moves left a bit.

Yes, delete the background layer and it will give you a transparent background (or you can just start a new image with the transparent background.
File/Save As... .gif file, be sure to make sure the transparency checkbox is checked. Save then import into Flash. Easy as pie.

I filed my I-485 in July 07 at Nebraska service center and my wife had her finger printing done a month or so ago but I am yet to get the notice. Is there some number I can call and check. My Lawyer is very uncooperative in this case.

My attorney submitted my I485/EAD/AP last July 20th, the USCIS in Nebraska received it on July 23 by R. Pitcher at 9.29 am, since then I have no information on checks, LUD or receipts.
I reviewed all the information sbmitted by my attorney and I fond that she sent my paperwork using FEdex to:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration
Nebraska Service Center
850 S Street
PO Box 87845
Lincoln, NE
US 68508
After taking a look to the USCIS site the address is correct but she missed the PO BOX numbers and wrote 87485 do you think this is a problem, please advise guys. what can I do

I'm off to London for my H1B stamping. I was working for an Investment Bank that folded and I took up a job with a bank that has not taken TARP funds (not a US bank)
My I-129 was approved, however, it was approved before the new I-129 that asks whether the company accessed covered funds.
I just wanted to know whether I need to ask counsel in my firm to update the I-129 or should I just go ahead with the stamping?
Any other important documents I should take along? I was thinking of
a) letter from employer stating salary, start-date, position etc
b) letter from company stating that they did not receive TARP
anyone else on the same boat?
not in the same boat but in my opinion if you don't have to travel then lay local for a while given the restrictions being put in place with h-1 visas for financial institutions as a whole.

The date on the bulletin states July/20 (today's date) and no where it states that this is only for June filers. Am I missing something here

To answer your second question, yes, the employer can revoke your I-140 petition which could result in denial of I-485 application. You are only covered under AC21 if your I-485 has been pending for more than 180 days as the previous poster suggested.

"I would like to hear your professional opinion on the following issue: I have been on F-1 visa for 7 consecutive years. I have an employer that has sponsored me as a Graphic Designer. In fact I have obtained the I-140 through him already. I recently applied for employment AOS (July 25th) with my wife (She is on F2 visa) and I'm currently waiting on the Notice Receipt. School starts on August 20th and I'm hesitant on when exactly the new Immigrant Status starts. Do I still need to enroll for classes in order to maintain my visa? I don't intend to finish school due to financial difficulties, when exactly may I drop out from school? Should I remain enrolled up until I receive the EAD and AP? Thanks in advance for your response."

Can anyone be kind enough to tell me how to talk to a real person at the Vermont Service center? It has been over a month since my employer received the receipt number from USCIS, but the case cannot be found online. I tried calling the number below, but the robot that talks says the same detais that I can find online.
